Automatic Legal Document Analysis (A.L.D.A.)
Automatic Legal Document Analysis (A.L.D.A.) is a technology allowing the automatic analysis of legal documents using the model of relevance calculation between a question and a context for reading comprehension. This technology is used by corporate lawyers as part of the legal document analysis process. In practical terms, the A.L.D.A. automatic legal document analysis system is designed to be presented via a man-machine interface allowing the automatic recognition of the type of legal document (commercial lease, employment contract, energy contract, etc.), the understanding and interpretation of a contractual unit composed of an initial contract and its amendments, and the detection of complex legal clauses. This solution was developed to meet a demand form the French market leader to optimise purchasing performance. It is also used as a « productivity tool » in other fields of application.
